1. Who we are and what this service does

santyvv-data is a data service: it exposes public market and on-chain data through an HTTP API and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Each call is paid per request in USDC on Base through the x402 protocol. There are no sign-ups, accounts or subscriptions. Contact: agente@santyvv.com.

2. What we collect (and what we do not)

• We do not ask for personal data. No forms, no user accounts, no keys. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers or identity documents.
• Query parameters (for example ticker symbols, public wallet addresses, a network name) travel in the request and are used only to answer that request.
• Technical request data: like any internet service, the edge that hosts us (Cloudflare) sees the IP address, user agent and time of each request. This is used for security, availability and abuse prevention.
• Payment is public by design: a transfer on a public network is recorded on that network together with the paying address. We do not store that address in any database of ours and we do not link it to a person.
• No tracking cookies and no third-party analytics on these pages or in the service responses.

3. How we use what is processed

Solely to execute the request and return the data, to report the status of the public sources behind the data, to measure service operation (latency, errors, availability) and to prevent abuse or payment fraud.

4. Storage and retention

We keep no user or query database: a query result is returned and not stored. Technical edge logs are retained according to the hosting platform's configuration (short retention) and are used to operate and secure the service, not for profiling or advertising. Transactions on the Base network are public and immutable: their on-chain record is outside our control and cannot be deleted by us.

5. Who it is shared with

• Public data sources: to build an answer, the server queries public providers (exchange venues, DefiLlama, CoinGecko, network RPC nodes). They receive the service's query, not your personal data.
• Payment processor (x402 facilitator, e.g. PayAI) and the Base network: they process and settle the per-call payment.
• Catalogs and directories where we list the service (for example x402scan, PayAPI Market, the official MCP Registry) receive the service description and prices, not buyer data.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data with anyone.

6. Payment security

Payment is authorized with a client signature for the exact amount of the call. We never ask for or accept private keys, access to funds, or card details. If a call is not paid, it is not executed.

7. Minors

The service is intended for professional and developer use; it is not directed to anyone under 18.
